Performance Report
The Performance Report shows a summary of caseload progress for each assessor.
Parameters

Start / End Date - Filters data between the two dates as follows:

Visits where either the planned date or the actual date is within the date range.

Objectives where the completion date is within the date range or the target date is on or before the End Date parameter.

Achievement rates based on the cohort year of the end date parameter.

Assessor Types - The types of assessor-to-learner links to include.

Visit Types - The visit types to include.

Expand Assessors Initially - When set to Yes, the assessors listed on the left of the report will be expanded to show any assessors below them in the hierarchy. When set to No (the default), the assessors will be collapsed, with any data in the hierarchy below them grouped together.

Page Break on Manager - When set to Yes, the report will put each assessor manager on a separate page. When set to No (the default), all managers will be listed sequentially.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, this will count learners with obsolete assessors under the Assessors with no Manager group.
Layout
The report lists assessors on the left, with each row showing a variety of figures regarding their caseload:
Some of the details below refer to framework data. This is data calculated by the Maytas Hub Stats Service which populates the TRFRAMEWORK table, to track a learner's overall framework progress.

Active Frameworks - Learners where the framework total progress is less than 100%. This does not include learners with no data in TRFRAMEWORK (i.e. learners whose data has not yet been processed by the Stats Service).

On Target (Green) / Within Target (Amber) / Behind Target (Red) / Unknown Progress - Learners with the corresponding traffic light rating in the framework data. Learners who have no traffic light rating but are counted as an active framework are counted under Unknown Progress.

Unfunded Learners - Learners where the most recent POT in the framework has a planned end date on or before the current date.

Learners Overdue Completion - Learners where the framework expected completion date is greater than the current date.

Units Overdue - Units with no completion date where the target date is on or before the end date parameter.

Visits Overdue - Visits with no actual date where the planned date is on or before the end date parameter.

Timely Achievement Rate Year to Date - The apprenticeship timely achievement rate for the cohort year of the end date parameter. Note that this amalgamates timely achievers and completers.

Timely Achievement Rate Last Month - As above, only for the month of the end date parameter.

Completed Units Period to Date- Units with a completion date between the start and end date parameters (inclusive).

Completed Units Last Month- Units with a completion date in the last rolling month (inclusive), ending with the end date parameter.

Completed Units Last Week- Units with a completion date in the last rolling week (inclusive), ending with the end date parameter.
- Completed Visits Period to Date- Units with an actual date between the start and end date parameters (inclusive).

Completed Visits Last Month- Units with an actual date in the last rolling month (inclusive), ending with the end date parameter.
